Quote of the Day

"We are the children of a technological age. We have found streamlined ways of doing much of our routine work. Printing is no longer the only way of reproducing books. Reading them, however, has not changed..."

What's New

Roy Ray Day at Prairie Central !!

Mark Heil, General Manager of PCC, shares a handshake, card and thank you to Roy Ray.  Fellow employees gathered on Tuesday for a lunch at Pontiac to celebrate and visit with Roy after he retired earlier this fall.  Employees shared stories and memories of his time and activities.  Roy was past Ocoya location manager and ran the locomotives at Pontiac for almost every train loaded for a decade.  We will miss having Roy as part of our team and wish him the best of luck in his retirement.

Market Recap.  New Crop 2015 cash corn price hovering near the $4.00 level.  We saw those patrons with offers at that level getting booked this week.  Call and leave an offer to get your 2015 harvest marketing program started.
